【摘要】:ThispartofISO13624pertainstothedesign,selection,operationandmaintenanceofmarinerisersystemsforfloatingdrillingoperations.Itspurposeistoserveasareferencefordesigners,forthosewhoselectsystemcomponents,andforthosewhouseandmaintainthisequipment.Itreliesonbasicengineeringprinciplesandtheaccumulatedexperienceofoffshoreoperators,contractors,andmanufacturers.NOTETechnologyisadvancinginthisfieldandimprovedmethodsandequipmentarecontinuallyevolving.Eachownerandoperatorisencouragedtoobservetherecommendationsoutlinedhereinandtosupplementthemwithotherproventechnologythatcanresultinmorecosteffective,safer,and/ormorereliableperformance.Themarinedrillingriserisbestviewedasasystem.Itisnecessarythatdesigners,contractors,andoperatorsrealizethattheindividualcomponentsarerecommendedandselectedinamannersuitedtotheoverallperformanceofthatsystem.ForthepurposesofthispartofISO13624,amarinedrillingrisersystemincludesthetensionersystemandallequipmentbetweenthetopconnectionoftheupperflex/balljointandthebottomofwellheadconductoroutercasing.Itspecificallyexcludesthediverter.Also,theapplicabilityofthispartofISO13624islimitedtooperationswithasubseaBOPstackdeployedattheseafloor.Clauses1through7ofthispartofISO13624aredirectlyapplicabletomostfloatingdrillingoperations.Specialsituationsareaddressedin8.1and8.4dealingwithdeep-waterdrillingandcollapse.Thespecialconsiderationsrequiredforguidelinelessdrillingareaddressedin8.2.Inaddition,8.3and8.5addressoperationsincold-weatherconditionsandH2Sconsiderations.Itisimportantthatallriserprimary-load-pathcomponentsaddressedinthispartofISO13624beconsistentwiththeloadclassificationsspecifiedinISO13625.
