【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesaproceduretodeterminethepassingabilityofself-consolidatingconcrete.Thistestmethodisapplicableforlaboratoryuseincomparingthepassingabilityofdifferentconcretemixtures.Itisalsoapplicableinthefieldasaqualitycontroltest.ThedifferencebetweentheslumpflowandJ-Ringflowisanindicationofthepassingabilityoftheconcrete.Adifferencelessthan25mm[1in.]indicatesgoodpassingabilityandadifferencegreaterthan50mm[2in.]indicatespoorpassingability.TheorientationofthemoldfortheJ-RingtestandfortheslumpflowtestwithouttheJ-Ringshallbethesame.Thistestmethodislimitedtoself-consolidatingconcretewithnominalmaximumsizeofaggregateofupto25mm[1in.].1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationofthepassingabilityofself-consolidatingconcretebyusingtheJ-Ringincombinationwithamold.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Warningx2014;Freshhydrauliccementitiousmixturesarecausticandmaycausechemicalburnstoskinandtissueuponprolongedexposure.)
