【摘要】:Thesepracticesaresuitableforincorporationinaspecification.Anyreferencetomaterialorcushionspecificationinthesepracticesshallmeananysimilaragreementbetweenthepurchaserandsupplierrelatingtotheinspectionandacceptanceoffabricintendedforinflatablerestraintuse.Thesepracticesconstitutetheterminology,conditions,equipment,andproceduresbywhichrollsofinflatablerestraintfabricsorcutpartsareinspectedandgraded.Aspecificationincorporatingthesepracticesmaydeviatefromthemtoaccountforconsiderationsoffabricproperty,materialhandlingequipment,orinflatablerestraintcushiondesign,oracombinationthereof.Wheneversuchdeviationsfromstandardoccur,theyarerecordedinthereport.Thesepracticesacknowledgethat,inthenormalcourseofproduction,acceptablerollsoffabricwillbeproducedcontainingimperfections;subsequently,pieceswillbecutfromtherollsandthosepiecesthatcontainimperfectionsrestrictedinTables1-5willbeculledatthattime.Theaccuracyintheresultsfromvisuallyinspectingfabricusingthesepracticesisaffectedbytheabilityoftheinspectortodetect,identify,andevaluatetheseverityofanimperfectioninamovingfabricorinacutpart.Suchabilitycanbeaffectedbyvisualacuity,viewingdistance,fabrictraversespeed,lightingconditions,inspectordisciplineandtraining,andtheavailabilityandaccuracyofsuitablevisualaids.Systematicbiasmayresultfromusingthesepracticeswhenevertheprecisionorscaleofthevisualaidsusedtoidentifyandquantifyimperfectionsdiffersbetweenthepurchaserandsupplier.1.1Thesepracticescoverproceduresfortheinspectionandgradingofcoatedanduncoatedwovenflatandone-piecewoven(OPW)fabrics,andfortheinspectionandcullingofcutpartsmadeofsuchfabrics,allofwhichareusedinthemanufactureofinflatablerestraintcushions.1.2Foreaseofreference,thescope,summaryofpractice,significanceanduse,apparatus,sampling,procedure,andreportsectionsarelistedseparatelyforeachinspectionpractice.InspectionPractice
