【摘要】:InadditiontothegeneralrequirementsofIEC60077-2,thispartofIEC60077givesrulesforACcircuit-breakers,themaincontactsofwhicharetobeconnectedtoACoverheadcontactlines;thenominalvoltageofthesecircuitsbeinginaccordancewithIEC60850.Thisstandard,togetherwithIEC60077-2,statesspecifically:a)thecharacteristicsofthecircuit-breakers;b)theserviceconditionswithwhichcircuit-breakershavetocomplywithreferenceto:-operationandbehaviourinnormalservice,-operationandbehaviourinshort-circuit,-dielectricproperties;c)thetestsforconfirmingthecomplianceofthecomponentswiththecharacteristicsundertheserviceconditionsandthemethodstobeadoptedforthesetests;d)theinformationtobemarkedon,orgivenwiththecircuit-breaker.NOTE1Circuit-breakerswhicharedealtwithinthisstandardmaybeprovidedwithdevicesforautomaticopeningunderpre-determinedconditionsotherthanthoseofover-current,forexample,undervoltageandreversalofpowercurrent.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththeverificationofoperationundersuchpredeterminedconditions.NOTE2Theincorporationofelectroniccomponentsorelectronicsub-assembliesintoelectrotechnicalcompo-nentsisnowcommonpractice.Althoughthisstandardisnotapplicabletoelectronicequipment,thepresenceofelectroniccomponentsdoesnotprovideareasontoexcludesuchelectrotechnicalcomponentsfromthescope.Electronicsub-assembliesincludedinthecircuit-breakersshouldcomplywiththerelevantstandardforelectronics(IEC60571).NOTE3Certainoftheserulesmay,afteragreementbetweenuserandmanufacturer,beusedforelectrotechnicalcomponentsinstalledonvehiclesotherthanrailrollingstock.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverindustrialcircuit-breakerswhichhavetocomplywithIEC60056.Forthese,inordertoensuresatisfactoryoperation,thisstandardshouldbeusedtospecifyonlytheparticularrequirementsforrollingstock.Insuchcases,aspecificdocumentshouldstatetheadditionalrequirementswithwhichtheindustrialcircuit-breakersaretocomply,forexample:-eithertobeadapted(e.g.forcontrolvoltage,environmentalconditions,etc.);-ortobeinstalledandusedsothattheydonothavetoendurespecificrollingstockconditions;-ortobeadditionallytestedtoprovethatthesecomponentscanwithstandsatisfactorilytherollingstockconditions.

Scope:This specification covers a low-carbon steel in the form of sheet and strip coated on both faces with aluminum-silicon alloy by the hot-dip process. Primarily for low-stressed parts, such as brackets, clips, and sheathing, requiring corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance up to 1200F degrees (650C degrees).
