【摘要】:ISO15138:2007specifiesrequirementsandprovidesguidancefordesign,testing,installationandcommissioningofheating,ventilation,air-conditioningandpressurizationsystemsandequipmentonalloffshoreproductioninstallationsforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustriesthatareneworexisting,normallyoccupiedbypersonnel,ornotnormallyoccupiedbypersonnel;orfixedorfloatingbutregisteredasanoffshoreproductioninstallation.Forinstallationsthatcanbesubjectto"Class"or"IMO/MODUCodes&Resolutions",theuserisreferredtoHVACrequirementsundertheserulesandresolutions.Whentheserequirementsarelessstringentthanthosebeingconsideredforafixedinstallation,thenitisnecessarythatISO15138:2007,i.e.requirementsforfixedinstallations,beutilized.

本标准规定了液态羧酸(环烷酸、异辛酸)稀土催干剂的分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装和贮存等内容。
本标准适用于由羧酸与氯化稀土配合而成的涂料用稀土催干剂。用于氧化聚合而成膜的清漆、色漆、底漆等溶剂型涂料。它可以代替钴以外的其他金属元素的传统催干剂。
