【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforindividualelectricallyoperatedlightdevices,calledwarninglights,emittingacontinuousorregularintermittentlightofasinglecolourwhich,bytheircolourandpositionalone,areusedtowarn,informorguideroadusers.Itspecifiestherequirementsforvisual,structuralandoperationalperformancesandtherelevanttestmethodstobeused.Thesedevicesrelyuponexistingfurnituretoprovidethemounting.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletolightingdeviceswhichconveymessagesbyadditionalmeans(e.g.variablemessagesigns)orwhichconveyamandatoryinstruction(e.g.trafficsignals)orwhicharecoveredbyvehiclelightingregulations.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotconsiderhorizontalloadsbecauseitisthemountingtowhichtheyarefixed,whichisnotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard,whichhastoresistappliedhorizontalloads.
