【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversthegeneraldesign,construction,installation,operation,andtestingofshipboardelevators.Therequirementscontainedinthisspecificationapplytoautomatic,pushbutton,self-servicepassenger,andstoreelevatorsofthewindingdrumandtractiontypedrivenbyelectricmotors.Elevatorsprimarilyusedforthetransportationofpersonnelshallalsobeclassifiedaspassengerelevators.Thisspecificationmaybeissuedtoobtainanyofthefollowingasspecifiedbytheorderinginformation(see5.1.1).Apreassembledsysteminaframestructureofadequatestrengththatwillpermitinstallationinanelevatortrunk.Asystemconsistingofallelevatorcomponentsthatcanbeassembledandinstalledinanelevatortrunk.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.
