【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofpartypoppersandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedaspartypoppersincategory1ofEN14035-2andwhicharecontainedinaprimarypack.Itisapplicabletopartypopperswhichcontainupto10mgofpyrotechniccompositionthatisbasedonpotassiumchlorateandredphosphorous.Itisnotapplicabletopartypopperscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:--arsenicorarseniccompounds;--mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;--mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;--mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(ll);--mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;--mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;--leadorleadcompounds;--mercurycompounds;--whitephosphorus;--picratesorpicricacid;--potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;--sulfurwithanacidity,expressedinmassfractionofsulfuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;--zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40pm.NOTEInEN14035-2,partypoppersareclassifiedasfollows:-briefdescription:deviceoperatedbyapull-stringwithanabrasivesurfaceinslidingcontactwithafriction-sensitivepyrotechniccompositionanddesignedtobeheldinthehand;-principaleffects:report,withejectionofstreamersand/orconfetti.SchemesfortypetestingofpartypoppersandbatchtestingofpartypoppersarespecifiedinannexAandannexBrespectively.
